Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JobPrepX website, applications and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

JobPrepX provides software that helps job seekers automate job applications, generate application materials and prepare for interviews. Features available to you depend on the plan you purchase.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a plan. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Plans, billing and renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance. Monthly plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; one-time (Lifetime) purchases are billed once. All prices are shown in US dollars and are payable through our third-party payment processor. You authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout for the plan you select.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring plan at any time from your account or by emailing support@jobprepx.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a period already started except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorised way, interfering with its operation, submitting false information in applications, or using it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of any third-party site to which you apply.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by JobPrepX and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose for the duration of your plan.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in job offers, interviews or any particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobPrepX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
